About
Art Studio and Framing of Colleen Cassidy Berns occupies a restored 1905 Victorian house in Sarasota. The studio offers instruction in watercolor, acrylics, ink, pastels, oils, mosaics, photography, pottery, jewelry, and other crafts. The space includes a gallery showing work by founder Colleen Cassidy and local artists, along with custom framing services. Cassidy moved to Sarasota in 1977 to study at Ringling College of Art and Design and opened the art school in 1995, later purchasing and renovating the Victorian building in 1997.
